The course runs from 9.30am to 3.30pm

Resilience is often thought of as being able to deal with the ups and downs of life. But why are some people more resilient than others and can resilience be learned or built up over time? This one day course will begin with a screening of the critically acclaimed documentary; Resilience: The Biology of Stress and the Science of Hope. Participants will then have an opportunity to share their thoughts on the film before looking at ways to help to build resilience in the classroom environment.

This show has been cancelled.
